The Croft

The Croft is set in the perfect location for a choice of beaches, this delightful cottage enjoys far reaching views of Dartmoor and Exmoor and is within easy reach of the hamlet of Georgeham which boasts two lovely pubs and Post Office/Stores. The superb sands of Woolacombe, Putsborough and Croyde Bay are all within a short drive.

This cottage, which once was the home of Henry Williamson author of Tarka the Otter is full of charm and character with exposed beamed ceilings and comprises, French doors to the sitting/dining room with double bed settee, easy chairs and pine dining suite, music centre and colour TV. Fitted oak kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room/WC. A short staircase leads to bedroom one with pine double bed and twin beds.

Extensive lawn garden with patio furniture and barbeque, screened with fir trees on the far side to provide privacy.

Electricity and heating charged at cost. Linen inclusive. No pets. Parking for two cars.
